This was another week filled with lots of Korean and not alot of sleep. It is crazy to think that somehow I am half-way through my stay here at the MTC. My week started off with hearing from Elder Holland from the Quorum of the 12 Apostles. He is such a passionate person, and you could literally feel his love for missionaries as he spoke. My favourite quote from the devotional was "You are doing the Right Thing, You have never done anything more right in your entire lives". It is crazy to think how hard being on a mission actually is. Prior to serving, I was more worried about what I wore or if I would be starving constantly. But you truly learn your purpose as a missionary to "Invite Others to Come Unto Christ". Today, we had the adventure of going on a field trip to the BYU Museum of Art to look at the "Sacred Gifts" Exhibition. It consisted of original paintings of Christ and his Atonement and life on Earth. There is nothing quite as beautiful as staring at a picture of a Resurrected Christ while listening to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir sing "He is Risen". Afterwards, as a zone we went to the BYU Creamery and had lunch! It was such a fun, P-day! I have been blessed with the knowledge of knowing where I came from, why I'm here and where I'm going. I cannot wait to get to Korea and be able to share that with people that have no idea. This week was over flowing with tender mercies of medicine healing my constantly sick self (staph infection, flu and cold... FUR REALS..... get outta hurr), and hearing an apostle speak to us as individuals. My district is so amazing and it feels like I've been with these 6 people for my entire life. I am so blessed, and I feel of your prayers every week for me. Look for the tender mercies in life people, they're real and they're there!! I love all of you so much, and would love a dearelder.com (unit #2) even more! ;) Haha jk jk jk. Anyways, in other news, my fellow Korean Elder Robinson is headed to Vancouver this week so keep an eye out for him, and show him some Canadian love. Till next time mi amigas and amigos.
